- Proven track record of effectively generating and qualifying leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Experience in maintaining long-term client relationships.
Negotiation Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and overcome objections.
- Experience in finding win-win solutions for both the company and the client.
Product Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the company's products and services.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
Market Research:
- Regularly conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
- Ability to analyze competitor offerings and positioning.
Goal-Oriented:
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements & Skills
- Should be a HSC / Graduate
- Proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Verbal and Written proficiency in English and knowledge of Local language is a must.
