As the Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive, you’ll lead the distribution and sales of cattle feed across key districts in Andhra Pradesh. Your goal will be to build strong market presence by managing distributors and connecting directly with farmers.
Overview
You will be responsible for driving revenue through efficient distributor management, direct farmer engagement, and strategic market tracking. Your work will ensure product visibility, timely order execution, and overall sales growth in your region.
Responsibilities
Distributor Management:
- Identify, appoint, and support cattle feed distributors.
Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure timely order billing and follow up on payments.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor pricing, schemes, and margins.
Farmer Engagement:
- Promote products directly to farmers through on-ground interactions.
Sales Reporting:
- Submit daily activity reports to the Territory Sales Officer and distributor.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience:
- 2–6 years in cattle feed or agri-input sales.
Regional Fit:
- Willing to travel; fluent in the local language.
