As the Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive, you’ll focus on driving cattle feed sales across the southern districts of Tamil Nadu. Your primary goal will be to expand our footprint by connecting with local distributors and end farmers.
Overview
You will be engaging directly with the rural ecosystem—building distribution channels, executing sales plans, and ensuring consistent product availability across the territory.
Responsibilities
Distributor Management:
- Onboard and support territory-level distributors.
Order & Collections:
- Oversee order processing and ensure collection discipline.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and product placement.
Farmer Engagement:
- Educate and activate demand at the grassroots level.
Sales Reporting:
- Share daily insights and sales reports with your team lead.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience:
- 2–6 years in rural/agri-product sales.
Regional Fit:
- Tamil fluency and willingness to work in remote districts.
