As the Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive, you’ll drive cattle feed penetration in key districts of Maharashtra. Your impact will be measured by how well you scale distribution and grow our customer base.
Overview
You will be creating a robust distribution network, engaging local influencers and farmers, and ensuring high visibility and availability of our cattle feed products.
Responsibilities
Distributor Management:
- Build and manage a high-performing sales network.
Order & Collections:
- Ensure smooth order flow and timely payment recovery.
Market Intelligence:
- Gather insights on local competitor activity.
Farmer Engagement:
- Conduct product pitches and demo sessions.
Sales Reporting:
- Submit consistent field-level updates and metrics.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
Experience:
- 2–6 years in cattle feed or similar category sales.
Regional Fit:
- Fluent in Marathi and must be mobile across districts.
