As the Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for strengthening MilkLane’s cattle feed sales across regions in Karnataka. You’ll be working directly with distributors and farmers to drive volume and trust.

You will manage channel development, implement go-to-market strategies, and support local sales efforts with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
Distributor Management:
- Establish and manage local distributor partnerships.
Order & Collections:
- Maintain transactional efficiency and follow-up on payments.
Market Intelligence:
- Keep track of competitor performance and market trends.
Farmer Engagement:
- Lead product trials and community-level promotions.
Sales Reporting:
- Log activities and share region-wise performance updates.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
- Graduate or equivalent.
Experience:
- 2–6 years in rural sales; dairy or agri-products preferred.
Regional Fit:
- Fluent in Kannada and comfortable in field-based work.
