Overview
As a Sales Executive, we seek individuals with a sales background to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have completed HSC or hold a Graduate degree and have over 2 years of experience in a sales role.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions.
Negotiation & Sales Cycle Management:
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage objections.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Market Research & Goal-Oriented Tasks:
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements & Skills
- HSC or Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven sales track record.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and manage time effectively
