As the International Sales Manager – Spices, you will be responsible for driving our global spices business. You will lead sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence for whole, powdered, and formulated spices. If you have deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in international sales, this role is for you.
Overview
You will be the key driver of our international sales strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to capture market opportunities and deliver value to our global customers. Your insights and expertise will be critical in building long-term relationships and ensuring seamless product delivery.
Responsibilities
Sales and Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, distributors, and partners.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to seize new opportunities.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in global markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to international clients.
Operational Coordination:
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive customer and market databases.
- Coordinate shipments and manage payment collections efficiently.
Market Intelligence:
- Provide regular market insights and sales reports to senior management.
- Represent the brand at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, International Trade, or related field).
Experience:
- At least 8 years in international sales, ideally in spices or related categories.
Negotiation Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and cultural awareness.
Language Advantage:
- Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
Travel Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
