Overview
As a Quality Executive, we seek individuals with a quality assurance background to manage product quality, ensure compliance, and oversee logistics. The ideal candidate should hold a BSc in Agriculture or an MBA in Agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Manage arrival, storage, inventory, and distribution activities.
- Conduct QC sampling and manage the ripening process.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain records.
- Manage labour for smooth operations.
- Report and follow up on infrastructure and process improvements.
- Handle customer and internal audits.
Requirements & Skills
- BSc Agriculture or MBA (Agri).
- 3+ years of experience in quality roles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel and relocate.
