Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies for rice products.
- Identify and target new business opportunities globally.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals.
- Provide regular market insights and sales forecasts to senior management.
Operational Co-ordination:
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and tariffs.
Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Share detailed insights on market conditions and sales performance.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Industry Experience:
- At least 8 years in international sales, ideally in the agriculture or food industry.
Negotiation Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Market Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of global rice markets and trade practices.
Travel Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
