As the Marketing Executive, you’ll take charge of rural brand visibility, product promotions, and secondary sales for MilkLane’s cattle feed in Maharashtra’s western belt.
Overview
You will act as the voice of the brand on the ground—educating farmers, supporting sales partners, and creating product demand in local markets.
Responsibilities
Market Activation:
- Implement targeted rural marketing activities.
Farmer Engagement:
- Educate farmers via meetings and demonstrations.
Retail Promotions:
- Improve visibility in key outlets.
Distributor Support:
- Support local sales efforts through demand creation.
Reporting:
- Document field insights and campaign results.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
- Degree/Diploma in Agri or Rural Marketing.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in rural activation roles.
Regional Fit:
- Fluent in Marathi and able to travel across locations.
