Join our team as a Manager D2C (Direct To Customer), where you will develop and grow our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel for food products, starting from the India market.
Overview
As a Manager D2C, we seek individuals with experience in launching and growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands to develop market partnerships, create marketing campaigns, and ensure smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in kick-starting and growing D2C brands and digital sales.
Responsibilities
Channel Development:
- Kickstart and develop the D2C channel for food products.
- Develop necessary channel partnerships for market access.
Marketing and Customer Retention:
- Develop and deliver go-to-market plans.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and retention.
Operational Performance:
- Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure performance.
- Develop and implement internal systems and SOPs for customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in launching/growing D2C brands and digital sales.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Open to travel for business.
