You’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of sales, purchases, and financial records. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, capable of handling multiple financial tasks and supporting the finance team in critical decision-making.
Overview
If you’re a self-starter with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, this role is for you. You’ll take charge of end-to-end finance operations, manage cash flow, oversee financial reporting, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth running of Sales, purchase & general Ledger.
- Ensure daily / weekly cash & bank reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, Weekly MIS, Inventory valuation and Management.
- Overall corporate MIS reporting. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and credit practices.
- Handling Revenue accounting, Invoicing and reconciliation of the same with the books of account.
- Preparation of e-way Bills.
- Preparing and reconciling of GST returns along with managing GST refunds/payments.
- Preparation of various reconciliation under GST incl. GSTR-2A/2B, GSTR-9 and 9C.
- Preparing TDS working and managing TDS and other statutory payments.
- Preparation of draft financials.
- Preparation of statutory audit and tax audit data.
- Preparing Vendor Database and handling other Vendor related activities.
- Preparation and assist in regulatory submission under any assessments.
- Managing multiple tasks and adhere to specific timelines.
- Other support functions to the finance team on an impromptu basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B. Com Graduate / M. Com / CA-Inter.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel skills
- Experience: 2-3 years hands on experience of accounting package such as Tally, ERP Next or any other similar
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and financial acumen
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in day-to-day work
- Process Excellence: Understanding of accounting principles and credit practices
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
