Overview
If you’re a self-starter with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, this role is for you. You’ll take charge of end-to-end finance operations, manage cash flow, oversee financial reporting, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Oversee the smooth functioning of sales, purchase, and general ledger operations.
- Manage daily and weekly cash and bank reconciliations.
- Handle revenue accounting, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and reconcile GST returns, including managing refunds and payments.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including inventory valuations.
- Manage overall corporate MIS reporting. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Vendor and Process Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor database.
- Handle vendor-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Manage multiple tasks while adhering to specific deadlines.
Support Functions:
- Provide support to the finance team on impromptu tasks and special projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
- B.Com Graduate
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced Excel skills
Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and financial acumen
